Claiming overdue materials as returned to library
If a borrowed item has been returned to the library, but is still
reported in the library system to be charged to the user and/or
overdue, the library borrower can submit a Claims Returned form. This form must be downloaded, filled out, signed and submitted with all borrower and item information.
