Unattended children

The TAMUQ library cannot accept responsibility for unsupervised children.  All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a parent or guardian while they are in the library or commons area.  Materials will not be lent out to children under 16 years of age, but parents or guardians are asked to do so for them.  Standards for appropriate behavior in the library and commons area will apply to all persons who use the library.
